摘要:

脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)是由德国神经生物学家Barde及同事,于1982年首次从猪脑中分离纯化出的有促进神经生长活性的一种蛋白质,它对周围和中枢神经系统神经元的存活和发育均发挥重要作用.近年来研究表明,BDNF通过允许和指导方式参与长时程增强(Long-term potentiation,LTP),在学习和记忆过程中发挥重要作用.现将研究综述如下.
