Objective To observe changes of coagulant function and platelet quantity during perioperative extracorporeal circulation.Method The levels of PT,APTT,TT,FIB,AT,PLT and D-Dimer were detected in 35 perioperative patients, who underwent intracardiac surgery under extracorporeal circulation. Results The levels of PT,APTT and TT during and after operation were obviously longer than those before operation(P<0.01).However,the levels of FIB,PLT and D-Dimer during and after operation were obviously lower than those before operation(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The extracorporeal circulation operation might effect the function of coagulant, anticoagulant, fibrinolytic system and platelet quantity, which induce non-surgical hemorrhage after operation. |
