羊水细胞培养用于产前细胞遗传学诊断177例分析

摘要：

目的:应用羊水细胞培养对孕中期孕妇进行产前诊断,预防染色体病.方法:采用羊水细胞培养、常规染色体制备、G显带技术,对177例具有产前诊断指征的孕妇进行染色体核型分析.结果:6例21三体,1例45,X,3例平衡易位,诊断结果与随访情况一致.结论:羊水细胞培养进行产前诊断是十分安全而可靠的.

Objective To prevent the birth of fetuses with chromosomal diseases.Method Prenatal diagnoses were performed on 177 women with midtrimester pregnancy.G banding technique was used on cultured amniotic fluid cells.Result In the total 177 cases,167 cases had normal karyotypes,6 cases 21 trisomy,1 case 45,X,3 cases were balanced translocation.The diagnostic results were coincident with the follow up inquiry.Conclusion Amniotic fluid culture for prenatal diagnosis is very safe and reliable.
