心肌肌钙蛋白I异常病人血清结缔组织生长因子表达的研究

摘要:

目的:检测心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTn I)异常病人血清中结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)水平的变化,探讨CTGF在心肌损伤病人血清中表达的意义.方法:化学发光法检测血清中cTn I水平,并根据cTn I水平分组;利用生物素亲和素EIA分析法检测各组病人血清中CTGF水平.结果:80例病人血清标本按cTn I水平分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 3组,CTGF平均水平依次为(13.04±6.85)、(21.67±8.35)及(35.06±24.12)ng·ml-1.其中,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组血清CTGF水平明显高于正常对照组(均P<0.05),Ⅰ组与正常对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组比较差异显著(均P<0.05),Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组比较差异显著(P<0.05).结论:CTGF在心肌损伤以及心肌梗死后表达上调,可能与心肌纤维化关系密切.

Objective To detect the levels of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in the sera of cardiac troponin I dysfunction patients and to investigate the meaning of CTGF in patients with myocardial damage.Methods The levels of cardiac troponin I(cTn I) were detected by chemoluminescence assay in the sera.According to cTn I concentration,CTGF levels of different groups were also determined using an avidin-biotin-EIA.Results The patients were divided into three groups according to cTn I levels.The average concentrations of CTGF were(13.04±6.85) ng·ml-1 in group Ⅰ,(21.67±8.35)ng·ml-1 in group Ⅱ and(35.06±24.12)ng·ml-1 in group Ⅲ respectively.CTGF levels of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ significantly were increased as compared with control group and group Ⅰ(all P<0.05).There was a statistical significance between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ(P<0.05).However,group Ⅰ had no significance as compared with control group(P>0.05).Conclusion CTGF is correlated with myocardial fibrosis after myocardial damage,or post-myocardiac infarction.
