新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表面疾病的临床观察

摘要：

目的:观察新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表面疾病的临床效果.方法:采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉、复发性翼状胬肉、眼化学烧伤、眼表肿瘤、睑球粘连、霉菌性角膜炎、浅结膜囊共46例52眼,随访3～10个月.结果:所有52眼均未发生急性排斥反应.术后翼状胬肉、眼表肿瘤和睑球粘连均没有复发,睑球粘连者均恢复了眼球的运动功能.化学烧伤2眼再次接受了新鲜羊膜移植后痊愈;霉菌性角膜溃疡1眼羊膜溶解后穿孔.结论:新鲜羊膜是治疗眼表面疾病、重建眼表结构的一种有用的材料,但是必须选好适应证.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for ocular surface disorders.Methods 52 eyes of 46 cases with ocular surface disorders,including primary pterygium,recurrent pterygium,ocular chemical burn,ocular surface tumor,symblepharon,fungal keratitis,underwent fresh amniotic membrane transplantation.The follow-up lasted 3-10 months.Results No acute graft rejection were observed in all cases,and no recurrence was found in cases of pterygium,ocular surface tumor and synblepharon.The ocular movement was restored for the eyes with symblepharon.2 eyes of 7 with ocular chemical burn were preformed amniotic membranes transplantation a second time and 1 eye with fungal keratitis failed to recover.Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane could be a useful graft material for ocular surface reconstruction.
