目的:探讨采用切开复位微型钢板、螺钉结合克氏针内固定治疗Schatzker-Tile Ⅱ、Ⅲ型桡骨头颈骨折的方法与疗效.方法:对9例(男7例,女2例)Schatzker-TileⅡ、Ⅲ型桡骨头颈骨折病例行切开复位微型钢板、螺钉结合克氏针内固定术.结果:随访9～31个月,平均18.9个月,所有桡骨头颈骨性愈合.按照JOA肘关节评分标准,肘关节的功能评分平均为88.6分,其中≥90分4例,89～80分4例,＜80分1例,≥80分者共占88.9%.结论:Schatzker-Tile Ⅱ、Ⅲ型桡骨头颈骨折通过行微型钢板、螺钉结合克氏针内固定术可以获得较满意的肘关节功能.
