心脏黏液瘤的诊断和外科治疗(附13例报告)

摘要：

目的:评价心脏黏液瘤的诊断和外科治疗.方法:回顾性分析13例心脏黏液瘤的诊断、治疗经过.13例患者通过病史、体征、心电图、超声心动图进行诊断,左房黏液瘤12例(其中合并三尖辩关闭不全2例),右房黏液瘤1例,均在全麻体外循环下手术摘除黏液瘤,同期行三尖瓣成形术2例.结果:全组无死亡.随访3个月～5年,未见瘤体复发和远处种植转移,心功能均恢复到纽约心脏协会(NYHA)Ⅰ级.结论:超声心动图对心脏黏液瘤的诊断具有特殊价值,是检出心腔内心脏肿瘤最有效的方法:心脏黏液瘤一经诊断应尽早手术治疗,彻底切除是预防复发的关键.

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and the surgical operation of cardiac myxoomas.Methods Retrospective study was carried out on 13 patiants who received surgical operation on cardiac myxomas under extracorporeal circulation.Results All of the 13 cases survived.The follow-up ranged from 3 months to 5 years,all of the cases did not show any signs of recurrence or metastasis.Conclusions Echocardiography plays an important role in the diagnosis of cardiac mgxoma.Once the diagnosis of cardiac confirmed,the patiants should resort to surgical treatment as soon as possible.
