Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from ICU in our hospital, and to guide the rational uses of antibiotic. Methods The antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from ICU during January 2006 to January 2007 in our hospital was reviewed retrospectively, repeated strains were kicked out and antimicrobial susceptibility testing was carried out by means of Kirby-bauer(KB).Results 102 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 252 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were analyzed. The susceptibility rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to meropenem,imipenem,ceftazidime,cefoperazone/sulbactum,piperacillin/tazobactam,ciprofloxacin and amikacin were 76.3%,75.1%,75.9%,72.7%,83.2%,72.3% and 71.1%,respectively.The most active agent against Acinetobacter baumannii were cefoperazone/sulbactum(63.5%) and ampicillin/ sulbactum(43.7%),the others were ≤20%.Conclusion The antimicrobial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii is serious in ICU,the surveillance for drug resistance should be emphasized. |
