摘要：

目的:探讨雌激素受体亚型ERα和ERβ在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用及意义.方法:采用免疫组化方法,分别检测了43例子宫内膜癌组织和15例正常子宫内膜组织中ERα和ERβ表达情况.结果:(1)正常内膜和内膜癌组织间ERα蛋白表达强度有统计学差异(P<0.05).(2)正常内膜和内膜癌组织间ERβ蛋白表达强度有统计学差异(P<0.01).(3) ERα、ERβ在子宫内膜的表达从正常内膜到内膜癌随着病变的进展呈逐渐下降的趋势.内膜癌中ERα缺失18例占41.86%,ERβ缺失16例占37.21%,ERα/ERβ之值在内膜癌中呈下降的趋势.(4)ERα表达在内膜癌发生中的变化显著高于ERβ.结论:在子宫内膜癌的发生过程中,ERα的缺失起主要作用,ERβ则起调节作用.

Objective To investigate the expression of α and β subgroups of estrogen receptor and their roles and significance in the development of endometrial carcinoma.Method Specimens from 43 cases endometrial carcinoma and 15 cases normal endometrium were used to estimate the expression of α and β subgroups of estrogen receptor respectively by immunohistochemistry.Results(1)Significantly statistical difference of expression on α subgroup of estrogen receptor was observed between normal endometrium and endometrial carcinoma.(2) Significantly statistical difference of expression on β subgroup of estrogen receptor was observed between normal endometrium and endometrial carcinoma.(3)The gradually decreasing trend of the expression on α and β subgroups of estrogen receptor was showed in lesion tissues from normal endometrium to endometrial carcinoma.The expression deletions of α and β subgroups of estrogen receptor were observed in 41.86%and 37.21% cases respectively with decreasing ratio of ERα/ERβ in the endometrial carcinoma.(4)The expression of α subgroup changed clearly in endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion The deletion of expression on α subgroup may be important in the genesis of endometrial carcinoma,while β subgroup may play a regulate role.
