Objective To evaluate the importance of continuing medical education in key subjects construction of medical imaging.Methods A concept of lifelong education was created.By self-study,academic education of in-service personnel,participation in all levels of teaching activities,professional training projects,schools,and domestic and international academic exchanges,seminars and published academic papers,and other high-quality continuing medical education methods,the levels of professionals were raised.Results The construction of teachers troops and the cultivation of high-quality talents were promoted.At the same time,subject construction and professional building were also increased.Conclusion By organic integration and interactive cycle of subject construction,scientific research,personnel training,continuable development of key disciplines of medicine is promoted. |
