胃复安、西沙必利对慢性肝病患者催乳素水平的影响

摘要：

目的:观察胃复安、西沙必利对慢性肝病患者血清催乳素(PRL)水平的影响.方法:20例慢性乙型肝炎患者和20例肝硬化代偿期患者口服胃复安10 mg ,3次·d-1,15 d;另20例慢性乙型肝炎患者和20例肝硬化代偿期患者口服西沙必利5 mg,3次·d-1,15 d.开始服药和服药15 d后检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、白蛋白、总胆红素(TBI)、催乳素(PRL)等指标.结果:口服胃复安15 d后慢性肝炎和肝硬化代偿期病人血清PRL明显升高,肝硬化代偿期病人血清PRL升高更明显.口服西沙必利前后患者血清PRL浓度无变化.结论:胃复安可以升高慢性乙型肝炎和肝硬化代偿期患者血清PRL水平,而西沙必利不影响PRL的水平.

Objective To investigate the effects of oral administration of metoclopramide and cisapride on chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis patients.Methods Each twenty patients with chronic hepatitis and with liver cirrhosis took metoclopramide or cisapride orally for 15 days.Before metoclopramide and cisapride administration,hepatic function and serum PRL lever were determined.Hepatic function and serum PRL were also assayed after administration for 15 days.Result Metoclopramide administration significantly increased circulating levels of prolactin in both chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis patients and the level of serum PRL in liver cirrhosis patients increased obviously.Cisapride administration did not increase circulating levels of prolactin in both chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis patients.Conclusion Metoclopramide can increase circulating levels of prolactin in both chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis patients,but in different degrees among two kinds of patients.
