目的:报道1例胸部放疗后继发冠心病患者行冠状动脉搭桥手术的治疗情况.方法:回顾性总结2004年收治的1例霍奇金病放疗后患者的临床资料和手术效果,以及3年随访情况.结果:对患者行左内乳动脉前降支、主动脉右冠、回旋支(静脉桥)术,术后住院11 d,临床随访32个月,心绞痛症状缓解,心功能良好.结论:恶性肿瘤患者放疗后需要严密随访,不能忽视心脏事件的发生和冠状动脉疾病继发的可能,冠状动脉搭桥手术是治疗放疗后冠心病的有效方法.
