摘要:

目的:研究聚苯胺/金(PANI/Au)复合纳米纤维修饰电极能否高灵敏、高选择检测大脑神经递质多巴胺(DA).方法:基于PANI/Au修饰电极,电化学方法检测DA的响应电流,脉冲伏安法分析DA和抗坏血酸(AA)共存下的情况.结果:PANI/Au修饰电极可以获得DA的响应电流分别是单纯PANI修饰电极和裸电极的1.5和2.4倍,并且检测到DA和AA的峰电位相差达260 mV.结论:PANI/Au复合纳米纤维修饰电极可以提高DA的检测灵敏度和选择性.

Objective To study whether the polyaniline/Au(PANI/Au) composite nanofibers-modified electrode can be used to sensitively and selectively determine neuro-transmitter dopamine.Methods The electrochemical method was used to detect the response of current of DA based on PANI/Au composite nanofibers-modified electrode.The coexistent system of DA and AA was analyzed by differential pulse voltammetry.Results The PANI/Au composite nanofibers-modified electrode had obtained the electrocatalytic anodic current of DA 1.5-fold higher than the pure PANI-modified electrode did and 2.4-fold higher than the bare electrode did.And the separation between the voltammetric peaks of AA and DA was large(260 mV).Conclusion The PANI/Au composite nanofibers have been demonstrated to be able to promote the sensitivity and selectivity of the detection of DA.
