干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死的MR分子影像学示踪

摘要:

近年来,冠心病的治疗研究进展很快,尤其是干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死(心梗)的实验及临床研究均取得了令人瞩目的进展,骨髓干细胞移植已成为治疗冠心病的热点之一,但干细胞移植仍有许多亟待解决的问题,其中突出的问题是无法在体示踪、识别移植后的干细胞,客观评价其疗效.分子影像学是目前可以在活体状态下在细胞和分子水平对生物过程进行定性和定量研究的新型交叉学科[1].磁共振 (magnetic resonance,MR)分子影像学可将移植的细胞进行磁性对比剂标记,通过磁共振成像(magnetic resonance image,MR)对其进行可视化追踪,就可得知移植细胞在体内的运动信息及未来命运.MR分子影像技术由于其独特的优势,在干细胞移植研究中具有巨大的潜力.
