人乳头瘤病毒及其感染免疫研究进展

摘要:

人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma vivus,HPV)持续性感染是造成临床上尖锐湿疣复发或宫颈癌发生的原因,机体针对HPV难以建立起有效的免疫反应,尤其是HPV感染后局部细胞免疫功能低下是HPV持续性感染的根本原因所在.以下就HPV一般概况、HPV对宿主皮肤黏膜组织侵袭感染过程和宿主细胞的免疫应答反应进行综述.
