肿瘤预转移小生境形成机制的研究进展

摘要:

恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及转移是一个相当复杂的,也是多因素参与的过程。肿瘤的转移不仅仅依赖于肿瘤细胞本身的特性,也与肿瘤细胞和宿主靶器官之间的相互作用有着密切的联系。近年来的研究表明,肿瘤细胞通过产生某些可溶性的因子,使得骨髓中的前体细胞动员并迁移至靶器官,从而在肿瘤细胞到达靶器官形成转移前改变了靶器官的微环境,形成预转移小生境。本文中作者就近年来关于预转移小生境形成机制的研究进展做一综述。
