雌激素是女性重要的甾体激素,而女性生殖器官大部分为雌激素依赖性,而雌激素发挥生物作用主要是通过其受体(ER α和ER β),故雌激素受体的功能异常与妇科疾病的发生和发展有着密切的关系。同时,阐明正常和疾病状态雌激素受体的功能差异对于疾病的治疗有着重要意义。作者对雌激素受体与卵巢癌子宫内膜异位症、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌、子宫肌瘤的关系作一综述。
