胰腺星状细胞促进胰腺癌发展及其分子机制研究进展

摘要:

胰腺癌是一种比较常见的恶性肿瘤,研究表明细胞外基质(ECM)在胰腺癌的进展中起着非常重要的作用,而在胰腺癌中负责产生基质反应的细胞就是活化的胰星状细胞(PSCs)。PSCs可以促进胰腺癌细胞侵袭和转移、增加胰腺癌的化疗抵抗,而这个过程中涉及到促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/AKT、JAK-STAT通路、Hedgehog(Hh)信号、Rho/Rho 激酶等多个信号通路,它们在PSCs的活化及其与胰腺癌细胞相互作用中起重要作用。作者就PSCs在胰腺癌发生和发展所起作用和其中所包含的信号通路的最新研究进展作一综述。
