肱动脉途径在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用

摘要:

经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)作为解除冠心病患者症状、改善其生活质量的重要手段,已在临床上得到广泛应用。如何在获得满意治疗效果的同时尽可能地减少患者的创伤非常重要。而不同的介入治疗入路有其不同的优点,临床上股动脉及桡动脉途径已经得到广泛的应用。肱动脉途径作为一种新的径路,在PCI治疗的应用中仍存在争议,作者就肱动脉途径在PCI中的应用现状作一综述。
