磁共振弥散张量成像技术在脑白质病变与认知功能障碍关系研究中的作用

摘要:

既往对认知功能的研究多集中于脑灰质,目前越来越多的研究表明在脑区皮层间起广泛联系作用的白质纤维对认知功能也具有重要作用。弥散张量成像(DTI)技术能无创定量检测活体脑白质纤维的完整性,为脑白质病变与认知功能障碍关系的研究提供了新视角。研究结果提示脑白质完整性与皮层网络信息传递效率有关,尤其在感受速度、记忆和执行功能等方面具有重要作用。笔者就DTI技术在脑白质与认知功能关系研究中的作用作一综述。
