中性粒细胞影响炎症反应的受控因素及与机体损伤关系

摘要:

炎症反应是机体防止感染或修复损伤的主要防御机制,而中性粒细胞是血液循环中数量最多的白细胞,是防御细菌和真菌等病原体的关键的固有免疫细胞。中性粒细胞的主要作用是调节组织动态平衡,但有越来越多研究表明,它的募集和迁移也能导致宿主组织损伤和随后的炎症相关性疾病。在本文中作者概述了影响中性粒细胞正常凋亡和清除的相关基质蛋白、信号转导介质、体内外途径及探索如何减轻中性粒细胞对机体相关脏器的损伤和影响。
