周细胞在肾脏纤维化形成中作用的研究进展

摘要:

周细胞是一种血管壁细胞,位于微血管系统(毛细血管、毛细血管前微动脉、毛细血管后微静脉和集合细静脉)的内皮细胞基底膜侧。肾脏周细胞不完全包埋于毛细血管基底膜样物质中,与内皮细胞间存在榫-穴样接触。周细胞有多种起源,且它的体内识别还存在困难。研究表明周细胞和血管周围成纤维细胞是肌成纤维细胞的主要前体细胞,在肾脏纤维化形成中可能发挥重要的作用。周细胞与内皮细胞间存在许多信号传导通路,包括血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)受体信号通路、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)受体信号通路、Ang/Tie信号通路等。这些信号通路的提出为纤维化的治疗提供了新的治疗靶点。
