富血小板血浆在关节软骨修复中的应用研究进展

摘要:

软骨损伤造成的骨性关节炎长期以来严重影响患者的生活质量,造成了巨大的社会经济负担。近年来,运用生物学疗法治疗关节软骨缺损逐渐成为骨科学研究的热点。富血小板血浆作为多种生物学活性因子的载体,给软骨的修复带来了新的希望。作者就富血小板血浆的生物学机制和制备方式进行探讨,对其修复软骨缺损的应用做一综述。
