椎间盘退变生物学治疗研究进展

摘要:

目前针对椎间盘退变的生物学疗法主要包括生物分子治疗、基因治疗、细胞移植治疗和组织工程学治疗,这些治疗策略能够有效促进细胞增殖及细胞外基质合成,抑制细胞外基质分解,从而在椎间盘修复和再生方面显示出广阔前景。作者就椎间盘退变生物学治疗的相关进展、面临的问题及未来研究的主要方向做一综述。
