循环miRNAs与心血管疾病研究进展

摘要:

心血管疾病是由遗传和环境等多因素相互作用的结果,已成为危害人类健康、导致疾病和死亡的一个主要原因。微小RNAs (microRNAs, miRNAs)作为生物小分子参与机体内环境的稳定和许多疾病发生发展过程。在血浆/血清中检测到稳定的miRNAs,称之循环miRNAs。在本文中作者综述了循环miRNAs作为不同心血管疾病潜在标志物的研究进展,包括心肌梗死、心力衰竭、高血压及脑卒中等,有助于进一步了解心血管疾病的病理生理机制,为疾病诊治和预后提供新思路。
