突发性耳聋为耳鼻咽喉科的一种常见病、多发病,是危害听力的较为常见的耳科急症。据国外个别文献报道突发性耳聋的发病率为(5~20)/10万人左右。国内外的治疗方法基本包括:(1) 糖皮质激素;(2) 血液流变学药物;(3) 内淋巴减容;(4) 抗氧化剂;(5) 抗凝剂;(6) 通过血浆分离降低纤维蛋白原;(7) 高压氧等等。现就这些方面的研究进展作一综述。
