目前对腰椎退行性病变的治疗多需要进行腰椎融合术,随着脊柱外科的发展,诞生了许多脊柱融合技术,包括早期的后方融合、后外侧融合,发展到现在的后路腰椎椎体间融合,经椎间孔后路腰椎椎体间融合,前路腰椎椎体间融合,各类结合内镜、通道和透视技术的经轴向入路腰椎融合术以及极外侧入路腰椎椎间融合术。作者就腰椎融合术术式进展加以综述。
