经颅多普勒超声、磁共振血管成像及数字减影血管造影在脑血管病诊断中的应用价值

摘要:

目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)和磁共振血管成像(MRA/MRV)、数字减影血管造影(DSA)在脑血管病诊断中的应用价值。方法:对28例脑血管病患者进行DSA、TCD和MRA或MRV检测,观察其异常情况。通过比较分析TCD、MRA/MRV与DSA在脑血管疾病诊断上的一致性与差别,探讨它们在脑血管病诊断中的价值。结果:DSA检查28例,阳性25例,TCD检查21例,阳性17例,与DSA符合率达71.43%;MRA/MRV检查26例,阳性24例,与DSA符合率为80.77%。结论:DSA、TCD和MRA/MRV这3种检查方法各有优势,依据不同情况联合应用,可对脑血管病的病因及诊断作出客观准确的评价。

Objective: To explore digital subtraction angiography(DSA),transcranial Doppler(TCD) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA,and MRV) in diagnosing cerebral vascular disease.Methods: DSA and/or TCD,MRA/MRV were performed in 28 patients of cerebral vascular disease,their images were observed and analyzed to explore their value in diagnosing the cerebral vascular disease.Results: DSA found 25 cases positive out of 28,TCD revealed 17 positive cases out of 21, resulting a coincidence rate of 71.43%;while MRA/MRV found 24 positive cases out of 26,coincidence rate was 80.77% compared to DSA. Conclusion: DSA,TCD and MRA or MRV,each of 3 methods has its own advantages,combined application can carry out more objective and accurate assessment to cerebral vascular diseases.
