肺癌组织表皮生长因子受体与RAS/MARK信号通路活化蛋白ERK1/2表达的相关性及其临床意义

摘要:

目的:通过观察表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、RAS/MAPK信号通路活化蛋白ERK1/2在肺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨EGFR与ERK1/2的相关性及其在肺癌发病机制中的可能作用。方法:选用胸外科手术切除和经纤维支气管镜获取的肺组织标本86份,通过免疫组化S-P法检测EGFR、ERK1/2在正常组织和恶变组织细胞中的表达。结果:肺癌、肺癌外周组织中EGFR、ERK1/2阳性表达率均显著高于正常组织(P<0.01),且EGFR与非小细胞肺癌关系密切(P<0.01),EGFR与ERK1/2有显著相关性(r=0.551)。结论:EGFR、ERK1/2在肺癌组织中高表达,提示在肺癌的发生、发展中起到重要作用,对其的研究可为肺癌的防治提供理论依据。

Objective: To study the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and RAS/MAPK signal transduction pathway activated protein ERK1/2 in pulmonary tissues and investigate its value for the development of lung cancer.Methods: The expression of EGFR and ERK1/2 in 86 pulmonary tissues obtained through thoracic operation and bronchoscopy were examined by S-P immunohistochemical technique.Results: The positive rate of EGFR and RAS/MAPK signal transduction pathway activated protein ERK1/2 in the lung cancer cases were significantly higher than that in control cases(P<0.01). The expression of EGFR in the non-small cell lung cancer cases was significantly higher than that in small cell lung cancer cases(P<0.01).There was an certain relativity between EGFR and ERK1/2(r=0.551).Conclusion: EGFR and ERK1/2 play an important role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
