听觉皮层网络老化的静息态功能磁共振成像研究

摘要:

目的:利用静息态MRI功能连接的方法观察两组不同年龄人群听觉皮层与脑的正相关的功能连接,观察老化的影响。方法:选取A、B组不同年龄正常受试者各30例[年龄分别为(25.23±3.89)、(56.52±3.48)岁]进行静息态功能MRI数据采集,用功能连接的方法分别观察左右大脑听觉皮层与脑区不同的正相关功能连接脑图,并比较不同年龄间的差异。结果:A组受试者分别以双侧AⅠ区为种子点时,正激活的脑网络主要包含双侧颞横回、颞上回、岛叶、前扣带回及辅助运动区。B组受试者分别以双侧AⅠ区为种子点时,正激活的脑网络与A组类似,但是仍有差别,主要存在于岛叶、扣带回及辅助运动区。结论:不同年龄组以双侧AⅠ区为种子点的听觉系统的功能连接均主要局限于听觉系统之内,老化可对该网络产生影响。

Objective: To observe the resting state MRI functional connectivity of auditory cortex and the brain,and to observe the effects of aging. Methods: Select Group A and B of different ages in normal subjects, 30 cases in each group. Resting-state functional MRI data acquisition, and functional connectivity were observed around the brain auditory cortex and the brain regionsdifferent features to connect the brain map, and the difference between the two groups was compared. Results: Group A subjects were bilateral of AⅠ seed point, the brain activated network mainly consists of bilateral transverse gyrus, superior temporal gyrus, insular cortex, anterior cingulate cortex and supplementary motor area. Group B subjects, as the seed point of AⅠ bilateral brain network activated was similar to group A but still different, mainly found in the insular cortex, cingulate cortex and supplementary motor area. Conclusion: The functional connectivity of different age groups of AⅠ bilateral auditory system of the seed point are mainly confined within the auditory system, and aging can impact the network.
