miRNA和前列腺癌发生发展的关系

摘要:

miRNA由一类进化上保守的内源性非编码的小分子RNA组成,参与细胞周期调控、凋亡和分化等重要细胞过程。最新研究发现miRNA的表达在肿瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用。作者就miRNA和前列腺发生发展相关的研究进展作一综述。
