椎间盘退变的病理表现及细胞因子调控机制的研究进展

摘要:

椎间盘退变(intervertebral disk degeneration,IVDD)的主要病理表现为纤维环及髓核细胞变性、坏死,细胞外基质分解,髓核组织由增生的结缔组织取代,纤维环黏液变性、破裂,软骨终板变薄、破裂。在退变椎间盘中,大量炎症因子通过参与炎症反应、诱导基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)合成并增加其生物活性、诱导细胞凋亡等途径,促进IVDD;另有一群细胞因子可以促进椎间盘细胞合成蛋白多糖、胶原蛋白,抑制细胞凋亡,延缓或改善IVDD。细胞因子的基因表达及合成受到细胞内信号传导通路调控。作者从IVDD的病理表现、IVDD相关细胞因子的特性、调控细胞因子表达的细胞内信号传导通路等方面研究进行了综述。
