摘要:

微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类碱基长度为19~24 bp的内源性非编码RNA分子,在生命活动中通过识别mRNA的3'-非翻译区抑制其翻译,广泛调控肿瘤相关蛋白的表达,在肿瘤等疾病的发生与发展中扮演重要角色。随着调控的靶基因的不同,miRNA在肿瘤中分别表现为原癌基因和肿瘤抑制基因的作用。miRNA和靶基因之间的关系有着高度的复杂性,而miRNA自身的加工成熟过程也受到多种因素的影响,是系统生物学和生物信息学重要的潜在应用领域。作者就miRNA等有关与肿瘤分子调控和其在肿瘤组织中差异性表达方面的文献报道作一综述。
