锰超氧化物歧化酶与上皮性卵巢癌的相关研究进展

摘要:

从活性氧与恶性肿瘤的关系、活性氧与卵巢癌的相关性,来阐述恶性肿瘤组织活性氧增加,活性氧是卵巢癌诱发因素;活性氧与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)处于动态平衡,过度表达锰超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)可抑制肿瘤细胞生长;对卵巢癌组织中MnSOD表达的意见不统一;抑制MnSOD活性,卵巢恶性肿瘤增生活跃,反之抑制肿瘤生长。MnSOD有可能成为治疗卵巢癌的靶点。
