间充质干细胞移植对椎间盘退变修复作用的研究进展

摘要:

椎间盘退变的分子生物学基础包括细胞和细胞外基质的退变,通过间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植可发挥其分化潜能、营养效应、细胞增殖及促进细胞外基质增加等效应,从而修复退变的椎间盘。移植的MSCs大部分滞留于移植部位,只有小部分迁移至纤维环外侧,并且需要很长时间。因此,提高移植的MSCs的迁移效率,可能为椎间盘退变的治疗提供新思路。
