正常成年人脑血管反应性的功能磁共振研究

摘要:

目的:评价血氧水平依赖性功能磁共振成像(BOLD-fMRI)结合屏气观察正常成人诸感兴趣区血管反应性的可行性,并观察其时间-信号变化情况。方法:选取30名正常志愿者(男女各15名),利用西门子Verio-3.0 T磁共振,采用单次激发GRE-EPI BOLD序列扫描,扫描结果通过工作站及SPM 5进行图像处理与统计分析。观察全脑激活情况及大脑前、中、后动脉相应供血脑区激活情况。结果:屏气激发全脑信号有明显激活改变(P<0.001),全脑信号变化以灰质为主,诸感兴趣区中,大脑后动脉供血区信号变化程度最大(P<0.05)。结论:BOLD-fMRI作为一种非侵袭性评价脑血流储备的诊断方法,可以很好地评价成年人脑血管反应性。

Objective: To investigate the feasibility of measuring normal adult’s cerebrovascular reactivity of different regions by blood oxygenation level dependent functional magnetic resonance (BOLD-fMRI) jointed with breath holding test and to observe the the changes of the signal. Methods: 30 volunteers (15 females, 15 males)were selected. The fMRI was conducted using 3.0 T Siemens Verio magnetic resonance imaging system. BOLD-fMRI scanning was conducted using GRE-EPI sequence, and data analysis was performed using the work station and the SPM5 software. Meanwhile,the activations of the brain and the Bold-fMRI T2 signal changes in anterior, posterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery after breath holding were observed. Results: Breath holding obviously activated the whole brain(P<0.001), the obvious signal change could be seen in the grey matter. In the different region of interest, the area which was supplied by the posterior cerebral artery had the most disparity of the signal(P<0.05). Conclusion: BOLD-fMRI is a noninvasive method, can effectively evaluate normal adults’cerebrovascular reactivity.
