梅毒性肾小球肾炎为2期梅毒的罕见并发症,合并急性肝炎更为少见。我们回顾性分析了1例42岁女性,以继发于2期梅毒的肾病综合征和急性肝炎为主要临床表现,既往有掌跖部斑疹。肾脏病理示肾小球轻微病变,免疫荧光见IgG、IgM及C1q血管壁颗粒状沉积(1+~3+)。经4周驱梅治疗后,大量蛋白尿消失、肝功能恢复正常。提示我们对每个肾病综合征患者都应注意病因学诊断。
