内镜黏膜下层剥离术(ESD)是一项新的治疗消化道早期肿瘤的微创技术,但其并发症发生率较高,最常见的有术中、术后出血及穿孔,其他少见的有狭窄、腹痛、肠梗阻、局部缺血等。ESD并发症的处理方法有药物、内镜及手术等。作者对内镜黏膜下层剥离治疗消化道早期肿瘤的并发症及处理方法作一综述。
