BY-1抗真菌、抗炎及镇咳祛痰作用的药效学研究

摘要:

目的: 探讨BY-1药物的抗真菌、抗炎和镇咳祛痰作用。方法: 采用交链链格孢标准株,通过二倍稀释法,测定BY-1两种药用成分桉叶油与山苍子油不同体积比对应的最小抑菌浓度,以确定桉叶油与山苍子油的最佳配比;通过巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀法及大鼠巴豆油气囊法评价BY-1的抗炎作用;采用小鼠氨水引咳法和气管酚红排泄法研究BY-1的镇咳和祛痰作用;同时与阳性对照药吉诺通进行比较。结果: 桉叶油与山苍子油1:1配比所对应的组方抗真菌效果最好,效果显著优于吉诺通。BY-1可显著减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀(P <0.05、0.01、0.001),显著减少大鼠巴豆油气囊肿的渗出液量(P <0.05),并能够明显延长小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期(P <0.05、0.01),增加气道痰液的排出量(P <0.05、0.01)。结论: BY-1具有良好的抗真菌、抗炎和镇咳祛痰作用。

Objective To investigate the antifungal activity and pharmacodynamical effects of BY-1 on anti-inflammation,relieving cough and expelling phlegm in vitro.Methods Adopting double dilution method to test minimum inhibitory concentrations of eucalyptus oil and fructus litsease oil with different volume proportion on type culture strain Alternaria alternata in order to confirm the best proportion between eucalyptus oil and fructus litsease oil; To evaluate BY-1 anti-inflammatory effect through animal experimental models,such as the swelling of ear induced by oleum crotonis in mice and rat's granulation induced by oleum crotonis;To observe the effects of relieving cough and expelling phlegm of BY-1 through ammonia water inducing cough and phenol red apophlegmating in mice.Results With proportion 1:1,the antifungal effect of eucalyptus oil and fructus litsease oil was strongest.BY-1could remarkbly inhibit the mice ear swelling(P <0.05,0.01,0.001) and reduce exudates of air cyst on experiment rats(P <0.05).In addition,the cough latency phase was obviously prolonged in BY-1 group(P <0.05,0.01),and the discharge of phenol red from mice respiratory tract was increased in BY-1 group(P <0.05,0.01).Conclusion BY-1 has significant functions of antifungi, anti-inflammation,relieving cough and expelling phlegm.
