采用Gamma-3髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析

摘要：

目的: 探讨微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法: 对2007年1月至2008年4月收治的38例股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行闭合复位,Gamma-3髓内钉固定。随访6~12个月,骨折临床愈合后对患髋行Harris 髋关节功能评分。结果: 38例患者骨折全部愈合,愈合时间3~6个月。未发生股骨干骨折、拉力螺钉切割出股骨头、髋内翻畸形等严重并发症。患肢髋关节功能优良率为89.4%。结论: 采用Gamma-3髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,疗效可靠,并发症少,创伤小,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the efficiency and complications of invasive treatment of intertrochanteric fracture using Gamma-3 nails.Method Between 1 January 2007 and 30 April 2008,38 cases of intertrochanteric fracture underwent closed reduction and were fixed with Gamma-3 nails.All the patients were followed up for 6~12 months.After the fracture was healed clinically,the hip function was evaluated according to the Harris criteria.Results All the 38 cases of fracture were healed.The time for fracture healing was 3~6 months.No severe complications,such as femur shaft fracture,screw cut-out of femur head or hip varus occurred.89.4% of the total 38 cases achieved good or excellent hip function.Conclusion Closed reduction and fixation with Gamma-3 nails is a safe and effective treatment for intertrochanteric fracture.
