Abstract: The descending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery is the most common nutrient vessel for anterolateral thigh flap (ALT). The detection for perforators of ALT is critical for flap design pre-operatively. In recent years, many studies on the detective technology have been reported. All these studies, which using different technology to confirm the location and course of perforators, are available to help the surgeons in flap dissection. |
