Abstract: Objective Making effect evaluation of Community dietary intervention on dyslipidemia crowd after two years later in community health service center. Methods The intervention group intake 100 g (wet weight) coarse grains steamed bread, contain dietary fiber about 12g, while reducing 100g originally staple food; The control group kept the original dietary unchanged, not giving intervention.Results After two years Coarse grains dietary intervention , the blood total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) level and fasting blood sugar level dropped significantly and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) level increased significantly in the intervention group.Conclusion Community coarse grains dietary intervention is very easy、safe、effective、cheap and the compliance is good , it is a good approach and method for chronic diseases prevention and interventions. |
