反复自然流产患者外周血中Th1/Th2型细胞因子的表达及其意义

摘要：

目的分析反复自然流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion，RSA)患者血清中Th1/Th2型细胞因子的水平变化，探讨其在反复自然流产发病中的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测56例RSA患者血清中Thl(IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ)/Th2(IL_10)型细胞因子水平，同时以64例正常健康早孕组作为对照。结果 RSA组血清中IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ的水平显著高于正常健康早孕组(P均<0．05)，而IL-10水平显著低于对照组(P<0．05)。结论 RSA患者血清中Th1/Th2间平衡的改变可能是导致反复自然流产的重要原因之一。

Objective To determine the concentrations of T helper-1 type(Th1)/T helper-2 type(Th2) cytokine in serum of patient with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)and to study their clinical significance．Methods The IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γand IL-10 concentrations in serum of 56 RSA patients were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)．64 normal pregnant women in the first trimester who wanted to abort were controls Results IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ concentrations in serum of RSA were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P<0．05)，while IL-10 concentrations in RSA group were lower than those in normal control group(P<0．05)．Conclusion Thl/Th2 balance was related to RSA， it maybe one of the important routines transferring RSA． Key words: recurrent spontaneous abortion；T helper-1 type(Th1)／T helper-2 type(Th2 )cytokine；serum
