Purpose:To investigate the therapeutic effects of radionuclide 131I in the treatment of the curative inoculation in New Zealand big white rabbit liver left leaf VX2 tumor when combined with low frequency supersonic microbubble agent. Methods:The New Zealand big white rabbits which successfully established the VX2 tumor of liver model were divided into 4 groups stochastically(8 rabbits in each group): A group :blank control group (does not make any processing), B group (The pure radionuclide 131I treatment), C group (The pure low frequency supersonic microbubble agent treatment), D group (radionuclide 131I united low frequency supersonic microbubble agent treatment continuously). During 2 weeks, the rabbits were observed the tumor changes in volume of each group continuously, were imaging with SPECT and made the partial radioactivity counting of tumors;2 weeks later , took the partial tumor organization for pathology observation. Rsults: The tumor volumes of A, B ,C groups are bigger than D group obviously (P<0.05),the rates of tumor increment of D group is lower than A , B , C obviously(P<0.05),the radioactive counting's attenuation rates of B group is higher than D obviously(P<0.05). The pathology discovered that the degree of necrosis of D group was more serious than A, B and C. Conclusions:When radionuclide 131I united low frequency supersonic microbubble agent, the treatment could have the cooperative effects, enhance the curative effects obviously. |
