[Abstract] Objective: CT examination combined with the expression of VEGF-C detection methods to improve non-small cell lung cancer diagnosis level. Methods: 46 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were examinatted to determine mediastinal lymph node metastasis by CT and immunohistochemical examination, after the examination we analysis the diagnositic significance of mediastinal lymph node metastasis by two methods and combined use of two methods, and lymph node pathology results are as the standard. Results: sensitivity of CT examination to mediastinal lymph node metastasis was 65.00﹪, and specificity is 80.77﹪, the rate is 73.91﹪. The positive expression of VEGF-C sensitivity of mediastinal lymph node metastasis was 90.00﹪, specificity is 65.38﹪, the rate is 76.09﹪. sensitivity of Combined two methods of mediastinal lymph node metastases is 95.00﹪, specificity is 88.46﹪, rate is 91.30﹪.Conclusion: CT examination combined expression of VEGF-C can improve the detection of non-small cell lung cancer mediastinal lymph node metastasis diagnosis rate, conducive to lung cancer staging, assessment of prognosis and the development of therapeutic measures. |
