TVT治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效分析

摘要：

目的：探讨无张力经阴道尿道中段吊带术（tension-free vaginal tape，TVT）治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法：对压力性尿失禁患者采用无张力经阴道尿道中段吊带术治疗71例。结果：TVT手术用时15～115min，平均39.02min，术后住院2～15d，平均5.6d。71例患者均有效，治愈率达95.7%，结论：无张力经阴道尿道中段吊带术手术操作简便，手术创伤小，手术时问短，并发症少，治愈率高，是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。

The clinic value of TVT for female SUI patients Abstract:0bjective：To assess the clinic value after the tension—free vaginal tape(TVT) procedure in women with stress urinary incontience．Methods：71 patients with stress urinary incontinence underwent the TVT procedure．Results：TVT spent 15～115min，the average 39.02min，2~15d，the average 5.6d in hospital after operation，TVT is effective to all the patients and its cure rate is95.7%．Conclusion：TVT is a simple，reliable，mini-invasive surgery to treat Female SUI and with few complications．
