参麦注射液改善血透中低血压患者的透析充分性效果观察

摘要：

目的：分析患者血液透析过程中出现低血压时给予在常规治疗基础上加用参麦注射液与其未使用参麦注射液透析时的临床资料，以期探讨参麦注射液对改善血透中低血压患者透析充分性的作用。方法:对照分析30例血液透析过程中出现低血压患者使用参麦注射液治疗和其未使用参麦注射液治疗时的透析资料,并对其作用进行临床分析。结果:使用参麦注射液治疗组能使血压上升(P<0.05)，提高透析中低血压患者KT/V值(P<0.01)。结论:参麦注射液可改善血液透析过程中出现低血压患者的透析充分性。

Objective:To analyze the clinical data of giving Shenmai injection on the basis of conventional therapy when patients occur the hypotension in the hemodialysis process,and to exploring the role of Shenmai injection in improving the adequacy of the hemodialysis process with hypotension. Methods:Comparative analysis of 30 cases of hypotension during hemodialysis in patients with Shenmai injection treatment and its outstanding use of Shenmai injection of dialysis treatment in the data, and clinical analysis of its role. Results: Shenmai injection treatment group can increase blood pressure(P <0.05)and KT / V values(P <0.01) of patients occur the hypotension in the hemodialysis process. Conclusion:ShenMai injection can improve the adequacy of the hemodialysis process with hypotension.
