In this paper, seventeen triazole fungicides were regarded as research objects. The acute toxicities of triazoles on zebrafish at 96h, expressed as median lethal concentration (LC50) were determined. The results showed that these triazoles are harmful and toxic to zebrafish. Among these triazoles, diniconazole, hexaconazole, propiconazole, penconazole, difenoconazole, myclobutanil, epoxiconazole are toxic to zebrafish. The others were harmful to zebrafish. And the mortality rate increased with the increasing concentration of pollutants. Dose-effect relationship were existed between pollutants and toxicities. This study is useful for evaluate the aquatic ecological risk of triazole fungicides, and laid a foundation to research the toxic mechanism of triazole fungicides to zebrafish by using quantitative structure-activity relationship method. |
