Objective: Investigate the mental health state and influence of Systematic psychological intervention on Depressive Patients. Method: 183 depressive patients in a general hospital were measured by SAS,SDS and BPRS. 93 of them were randomly divided into the study group, who received systemic psychological intervention for 12 weeks. All the groups were treated with routine drug medicine therapy. Results: The average score of SAS and SDS of Depressive Patients were significantly higher than those of the common people (P<0.001). The score of thinking-disturbance and SDS of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 12 weekend of nurse intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: Systematic psychological intervention can obviously decrease the severity of depressive and anxious emotions and positively improve the mental rehabilitation of depressive patients. |
