颈椎Modic改变的研究进展

摘要:

Modic改变是指椎体终板及终板下骨质在影像学上的信号异常改变,其首次在腰椎椎体中被发现。颈椎与腰椎存在的生理不同,对于腰椎Modic改变的研究并不能完全替代颈椎。虽然颈椎Modic改变的研究起步较晚,但人们对其发生发展及临床因素已经进行了一定研究并有了初步认识。然而,目前关于颈椎Modic改变的研究仍存在许多局限性和争议。本文作者回顾近年来有关颈椎Modic改变的相关文献,对颈椎Modic改变的流行病学特征、发生机制、危险因素、临床及治疗的研究进展作一综述,以期为临床提供理论指导。
